Dirt-bike track - should their insurance be notified? - dirt bike track cakes

My neighbors found a new home cycling dirt on their property. Children (5) is mounted on the track. Shall I tell you his insurance company (I know it). I hate to see these kids get hurt. Should I be held responsible or should I wait until the inevitable happens?

  5. It is their responsibility to police the world, only your house and your family. If you have a problem with it, do not leave their children there to play. What the insurance for your business. If a child is injured, is the work of their parents to fulfill their neighbord and your insurance company - only to ensure that no damage is your child responsible parent.
